Regulatory disclosures

Licensing and regulatory information for Lendii.ca.

Last updated: June 2026

Placeholder notice: The licensing details below are placeholders. Before launch, a qualified compliance professional must insert your actual brokerage licence numbers, the regulators for each province in which you operate (for example FSRA in Ontario, BCFSA in British Columbia, RMAQ/AMF in Quebec), and all required cost-of-borrowing and APR disclosures.

Licensing

Lendii.ca operates as a licensed mortgage brokerage in the provinces in which it does business. Brokerage and individual licence numbers, and the responsible regulator, will be listed here for each jurisdiction.

Rates and APR

Advertised rates are illustrative, in Canadian dollars, and subject to change without notice. The annual percentage rate (APR) reflects the cost of borrowing expressed as a yearly rate and may differ from the contract interest rate once applicable fees are included.

No guarantee

Pre-qualifications and calculator outputs are estimates only and are not an offer of credit, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any rate. All mortgages are subject to qualification, the federal stress test, and lender approval.

Default insurance

Mortgages with less than a 20% down payment require mortgage default insurance through CMHC, Sagen, or Canada Guaranty. Premiums vary by loan-to-value and are typically added to the mortgage principal.
